In Emergency 2014, there are several disasters. You, as the player, need to come in and try to save the people involved. Some of the disasters are horrific, but there are some that involve smaller crimes. Details in the game are realistic, making you feel as though you are on the scene. There are several rescue vehicles in the game including ambulances and police cars. One of the worst disasters in the game is a meteor strike on the planet. You will also try to save people from a nuclear disaster after a plane crashes into a warhead. One of the calmer scenarios is an elderly man who collapses in the street.

Regardless of the severity of the situation, your job is to try to stop the event and rescue as many of the people involved as possible. As you approach some scenes, you can see the haze of smoke from the fires. You will enter buildings from rooftops and front doors. The lives of the victims are in your hands. It is your duty to put out fires and offer first aid with the equipment that is in your vehicle. One of the responsibilities that you have is to direct other emergency officials to do the necessary jobs to save lives. Lighting from the game is extraordinary and gives each scene a realm of its own. From the water sprayed from the fire hose to the blood that you see on the ground, this is an emergency game that goes beyond basic hospital work. It puts you in the middle of all of the action.
